Pink

Today had been mostly cloudy and overcast, so I wasn't expecting much for a sunset. We were out at Barren River, Ky and suddenly the sky was pink and getting pinker! It was beautiful!

Wow - just on fire with pinks, reds and oranges - lovely! Nice layers of the shoreline, water and treeline too - it really plays up the horizontal lines.

Lovely shot for the theme, and what a great reward for being patient.

Hadn't thought about the layers--could this be a two-fer?
(two themes in one)

Definitely a two-fer if you ask me! Wow, what vivid colors you captured, we haven't seen the sun for weeks so this is a real treat! Gorgeous!
